A little about me...

Follow me on Instagram for physio and exercise-related educational content. Don't forget to DM to say hi!
I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada and spent my younger years playing just about any sport, but had a focus on hockey, baseball, volleyball, skateboarding & snowboarding. Eventually realizing my dreams as a pro athlete were becoming less realistic, I made the move to London, Ontario to pursue Kinesiology at Western. I was soon to realize that physiotherapy was my career path and I have not looked back since. I fell in love with the city of London, as well as my wife Samantha, with whom I share a beautiful son and daughter as well as our rambunctious dog Oakley. I still love playing sports and continue to play hockey and volleyball as well as maintain a consistent weight training regimen that is always changing!
I believe strongly in the value of a work/life balance. Socially, I spend my time with friends and family, often playing sports like Spikeball, sampling craft beers, listening to music or even dusting off the guitar to make a little music occasionally.
I absolutely enjoy teaching, mentoring, and continuing to learn about myself in many different ways. Personal connection is a big part of meaningful relationships, both personally and professionally. Reach out and send me a message to see if I am the right physiotherapist or mentor for you! My informal resume is listed below.
